Investiture Ceremony Of The Student Council

The Investiture Ceremony of Hindustan International School for the academic session 2018-2019 was held with great pomp and dignity in a special ceremony at the school Multipurpose Hall. The event was presided over by the school Principal. It was conducted with the high degree of earnestness and passion. The Investiture ceremony signifies the reliance and confidence that the school consigns in the newly invested office bearers. Donning the mantle of accountability, they also pledge to bestow their duties to the best of their abilities. We believe that the child centric approach will frame a responsible citizen. The ceremony was held with lots of zeal and zest.

The elected Leaders’ profiles were read out to the audience. They were conferred with badges and sashes by Honourable Chief Guest Commodore Shridharan Shekhar. The students’ council took the pledge to hold the school motto of Live, Learn and Lead in high esteem. Commodore Shridharan Shekar congratulated them and advised them to be impartial and honest in discharging their duties. He also exhorted them to uphold the values. He reminded them that with position comes responsibility towards themselves, their school and peers and struggles help one to achieve heights. The Principal Mrs .Iris Theodore also appreciated and congratulated them. She advised them to be role models and lead by example with godly wisdom. The function concluded with the School Anthem.
